A partnership with The U.S. Peace Corps  to create a doctor and nurse’s Peace Corps beginning in Africa. We helped create the founding board, business plan, and financial/fundraising systems.

American Museum of Tort Law

Children's Hospital of Costa Rica

Designed and directed a successful, 

time-efficient $65 million campaign for 

expansion by way of a stronger vision for impact beyond Costa Rica. Helped align Amusement Park owned by the Hospital to fundraising initiative.

The Order of St. John

The Order of St. John provides health care to the sick and poor in 42 countries

and the St. John Eye Hospital in Israel.

Helped leadership design fundraising systems within a corporate culture led primarily by volunteers. 

Earth University

An international, agricultural university 

based in Costa Rica focused on 

entrepreneurial skills -- started by USAID 

& Kellogg Foundation .

Designed, staffed, and trained cross-country teams in techniques for a multi-million capital campaign. Additionally,  we created communication systems, and fundraising best practices for offices in the US and Costa Rica. 

Camp Coca-Cola

Helped develop a Company-wide philanthropic signature program called The Camp Coca-Cola Foundation. We helped design and roll out a business model for programs in multiple cities throughout the US, and developed best practices for a sustainable affiliate model now called the C5 Youth Foundation. 

Center for Disease Control

National Forum For Heart Disease & Stroke Prevention 

 Designed all business systems for the initiative. NPL also conducted strategic planning for 2 other divisions in the CDC.

Fund for American Studies

Based in Washington, D.C. with 7 institutes in Prague, Crete, Hong Kong, Latin American and at Georgetown University
